Bay City Blues, LLC collects information, including personal information, about its customers, in the regular course of business. We respect your privacy concerns. We may at certain points share information with business partners and associates of ours in situations where we feel the customer might be interested in the available materials offered by those associates. Those partners will have their own privacy policies. All customers are free to opt-out of this sharing by notifying us by email sent to Howard@BayCityBlues.com.
Bay City Blues, LLC will not send you unwanted email, regular mail, or phone calls except for those required by credit card processors, by billing or payment problems, or by difficulties between callers and operators that need to be addressed in our opinion. We may also notify you of special offers, from us or from our business associates, if we feel you might be interested. As stated above, one may opt-out of this by email. We will follow the requirements of all law enforcement agencies, including but not limited to being required to divulge information by court order or subpoena. We do not condone criminal activity and would report such to the appropriate authorities if we feel it is appropriate.
